Time
was around 11:29 which is not going to set the world alight, but when
you think that the car cost £250 on ebay, and this was my first outing
on the track, it’s not too bad.A special mention goes to the
nob in the black estate who, while he was behind me, felt like a bit of
hero but as soon as he passed, realised that he was going faster than
his underpants would allow slowing my lap down in the process. Props to
the British family we watched hamering around the track in their mobile
home and to the bloke in the Ferrari who, after spanking his brand new
car into a barrier spent a few minutes in the car park applying gaffer
tape to the rear bumper before going straight back out on the track.And of course, a mention to all the Scumballers past and present, you know who you are and you do it because you love it.
